11:00 Foundation Discipline - Making the 14 basic patterns work for you - single tracking - centering - pulsing - points of connection - three toe base - contra body- using the &a's and the stretch
12:00 Controlled movement makes for better balance, better turns and rotation, creating a much higher level of dancincing
1:00 Lunch
2:00 Dissecting the music - All you need to know about music in order to make your dance come alive - Bring your own music if you like
3:00 Concentration on whips - The good the bad and the ugly
4:00 Overview of the entire GSDTA program - Questions and Answers - Open Discussion - Critiques allows me to evalute what you are already doing and discover the elements that will contribute to raising your level of dance

Six weeks $60 per person. Six 1 hour lessons at a group rate of only $10 per class
